24x7 Persistent Streams will utilize a Fallback image or video interstitial/slate of your choosing should they go offline.
We support one or more Videos in a loop, or one single image.
- Upload your desired slate(s) to your Global Media Library, found here:
- Leftside navigation Menu > Media Settings > Global Media Library

- Find your Default Player Preference (or Create one) here:
- Leftside navigation menu > Delivery Settings > Player Settings

- Select to "Edit" the Default Player Preference
- Click Player Configuration > Click "Assign Slates" under the "Media interstitials for Offline Events" subhead
- Then select the media you uploaded to your Global Media Library
